Wasn't sure where to ask this so I'll try here too.....where is/are the best nightlife spots in the Dallas area? We aren't looking for the "clubbing" scene...we are looking for the "bar" scene..... any input is greatly appreciated as we are trying to get a hotel in wherever that area ends up.

Does anyone know where to stay in the Dallas area? We think downtown area provides us what we are looking for (bars to drink at, women to look at, etc.).....don't care about anything other than the best nightlife spots. Thanks!
