It sounds like lots of kids are still borderline for qualifying entering their SR year of h.s. so it may not be that big of a deal. I think in the past it was just rarely reported on because of privacy issues and that it is not that unusual. They have a year to raise scores and core GPA, so...

That assumes the individual players on a winning AAU program's roster are more talented than those on AAU teams that aren't winning as much. Which could well be a false assumption. Some teams gell better than others despite inferior individual talent - coaching and chemistry can be much bigger...

I have not heard him tied to us since his de-commitment. Perhaps the "official offer" should be removed until he is re-offered again. It doesn't seem the staff is that interested.

Agreed, while he scored 20 he was 0-3 from the charity stripe. If he is going to be a bigger part of the offense this season, and we all hope he is, then he needs to start hitting the FTs or he'll be hacked a lot more.

In think it equates to 6.7 actually, but that is not relevant since the other numbers stated are his actual averages for the 21+ minutes ( not extrapolated out to what he'd have averaged in 40 ) so it makes no sense. :osu:
