Really nice win for our guys this week. Unorthodox but whatever works. At one point they were flashing stats and going on about this stat and that stat when the score was still 17-0 and I turned to my brother and said "there's only one stat that matters and we got that one covered."
I'm proud the guys didn't collapse like the shitty, gutless fans that left game. Thanks for hanging in there to score guys - nice job - major kudos to you!
*** SPECIAL REQUEST TIME ***
If you're at the game and you see these worthless SHITTY fans that make fun of our team and leave the...
I stand with Jim Tressel.
I'm not a tin foil conspiracy theorist but if you don't think the timing of this is the least bit suspicious then you need your head examined. This all started a couple weeks before the Sugar Bowl. Then it all died down. Now it all starts up all over again right...
I'm not being a Suzy Sunshine or any of that crap but perhaps I have rose colored lenses (or man love? God I hate that term) or whatever you want to call it for Tressel. But the thing that made that whole horrible mess worth watching, to me, was seeing Coach Tressel seek out Scott Tolzien to...
Fantastic game, excellent game plan, well executed and a lot of fun to watch!
Oh yeah, and *yawn* another big game Tressel won that will be forgotten by the talking heads in the media and sorry ass "fans" that will call for Tressel's head and for TP to be a WR or TE or whatever the next time...
Like others have said, as the game went on I didn't really even think about it except for the pink looking stripe on the pants.
One thing that would bother me if I were a player is that you play all year, week by week you slowly earn leaf stickers on your helmet only to play in the biggest game...
I'm really happy for the whole team. I think the entire team (from the coaching staff all the way through) made a great game plan, executed it to damn near perfection, played with class and dignity.
And I don't care what the stats say, Pryor played a HELL of a great game. He was directly...
Something is going on. My hunch, for most of the season, has been that Pryor looks like a right handed QB trying to throw with his left hand. And by that analogy I mean that it looks to me like he's been either coached to or on his own trying to "force" himself to be a traditional drop back QB...
One bright spot, as horrible as we played we still had a chance to come back at the end there. Lots of mental mistakes in this game, plenty of blame to go all around for this one from the top to the bottom. Couple bad calls but let's be honest, we should have dominated and easily won...
I respectfully disagree. Tressel's style has won big games it will win big games and tonight proved it. We were a dropped interception away (twice on the last drive) from winning this game. We missed a field goal, got some ghost calls on us and still came back in the 4th quarter. If we win...
To me, what this young man did, to save his fellow comrades is simply mind boggling. I am forever in debt to the fallen heroes that have served this great country of ours.
Thank You!

I haven't read through all 56 pages of responses but I just wanted to add a few comments about the game:
1.) Who was doing the camera work for this game? Was this outsourced to the Helen Keller school of photography? I've seen better camera work from the stands with a 10mm hand held on you...
