warranty i think is from best buy. surround sound is one of those crappy gamestop ones, but it will suffice for now, especially for free

FYI, I played and beat Duke 58 - 41. The CPU couldn't run, they just kept throwing jump balls to their receivers. Then, before I could exit the game, there was a loud crack of thunder and then my power went out. To be honest I'd bet you're just pushing the envelope of the keyboard's range.
Possibly yeah...using multiple keyboards might cause a conflict (it shouldn't if they're both USB ... but you know how that is).
Can't hurt to unplug the wired one & test it out.
