You have to wonder how long Day and Pantoni will stick around if it gets really bad. Can’t imagine they’ll be interested in getting in the ring with one arm tied behind the back.
Not to split hairs but they targeted Malone as a HS recruit. I think chemistry in team sports is huge and NIL can be the rat poison to kill it.
Something I don’t hear mentioned is the importance of consistency in this new era. I see boom and bust cycles with a lot of teams and the winners...

I just think it’s was to think of the game in terms of players only and forget how important the play calling g is. I mean, the same players that lost to scUM this year went on to steal roll the playoffs and win a Natty. The difference was the play calling.
Just curious the 3 biggest concerns in order for the offense this year. Day will have a good offense like always but in terms of drop off from last year, my list is:
1. Hartline as OC
2. Starting QB play
3. RB room
Haven’t looked through this thread to see how much this may have been said but, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a noticeable drop off in play calling from Chip to Brian. Brian can recruit like nobody and can develop very well but playing chess with an offense is a different skill set. Every...
