We have a dying rust belt town here in NE Ohio that has been football crazy for at least 100 years. The town population is 28,000 and the football stadium seats 17,000. Check

Right. And this will be tOSU's first game this year in bad weather...maybe. Hell, last year the first game of bad weather was our last game of the season. So once or twice a season = Once in awhile.
