Yeah, I remember my lawyer saying my tape looked good because I looked upset and remorseful like I had been crying, and I just agreed rather than telling him I was just that fucked up.
Only thing they got out of me was taking me to the DUI center to be observed or whatever. I don't remember it happening but my lawyer saw the video so it must have happened. The second the cop came and asked if I would consent to a field sobriety test and I just said I respectfully decline (slurred and took me about three times to get it right according to the police report) I then just pulled out my license and gave it to him and put my hands behind my back.
