    WR Carnell Tate (National Champion)

Great way to describe him. Not as physical as Thomas but that might help him stay healthy longer. Plus, he’s faster. I’m always so impressed how much these guys improve in one offseason. Tate went from a good 3rd WR with a ton of potential to the 2nd best WR in CFB. Just the latest in a long...

Game Thread UCLA at #1 tOSU, Sat. Nov. 15th, 7:30 pm ET, NBC

It’s a good game to start with tempo and hit some big plays. With how inconsistent the OL has been, I’m hoping they’d play better with less standing around so they can get in a rhythm. Hoping Tate is healthy, because I could see it being another Minnesota game plan, but against a worse team.

    WR Carnell Tate (National Champion)

Buckeye Huddle said they asked about him today and was told “no update”. Not a great thing to hear as I wouldn’t think feeling tight but still being available to play would translate to an unknowable status on Tuesday. I’m wondering if they’re going to sit him another week out of caution and...

    QB1 Julian Sayin (National Champion)

Simpson is a very good QB who is mobile and makes good throws, but he’s really getting shoehorned in as a Heisman favorite because he’s on Bama. He made some impressive throws against LSU, but missed a lot and made the job tougher for his WRs. And it’s not like LSU’s defense is a crack unit...

Ended up 20/42 and got a TD. Some of you might look at that statline with a cynical eye, but 9 is a leader. He’s taken the team, put them on his back, and heading to the bottom of the division come hell or high water.

The most frustrating thing for them has to be losing 5 of those games by a total of 16 points. I’d rather not be invested and crushed in all those games. Also I don’t think they’re much worse without Allar, if at all. Grunkmyner isn’t great but already looks like he has a better feel for the...

LSU got pinned back at the 2 yard line, ran up the middle twice for nothing, and then had a wide open pass for 30+ yards due to a bust and dropped it.

The difference is insane. At home they play like a top 15 team. On the road they’re a bottom 5 in the conference. Yeah this shouldn’t be an 11 point game and won’t be for long. They can barely get plays off in time and aren’t great on defense. SEC continues to feast on hype from pre-NIL days...

Vanderbilt survives at home in OT against a team with a weak pulse. Meat grinder.

    QB1 Julian Sayin (National Champion)

His ‘bad’ games are 300+ yards and 81% completion. Still convinced the INT was partially due to him seeing Smith being held and getting a penalty out of it. Good to see some scrambles too. Don’t want him running but it could be a game changer in the RZ.

Heard Jesse Palmer utter the words “they have to lather up the running backs” and walked away. The Temu Herbstreit is still better, though.
