player was seriously abused and hazed on a camp trip by 11(?) players, including stripped naked, sexually assaulted, beaten, held down on a bed, videos taken and shared across social media - coaches informed; did nothing. administrators informed after they returned home; did nothing - both are accused to tampering with evidence.

They all belong in jail - and they need to shut the freaking school, or at the very least get rid of the entire athletics

This is going to follow all of them until they take their dirt naps. Geez. Hope for the best for the family, but this is going to leave scars that money and jail time for those involved won’t fix.

they canceled the game this week, i would assume that as public pressure continues they will cancel the season - shame it took such a public outcry for them to do anything

I'm almost 40 and I always hear hazing isn't bad as it used to be, it was worse back in the day......I never saw or heard anything remotely close to this. This wasn't hazing, these were attacks. I unfortunately know one of the families named and when I saw Ursuline and 'hazing' I instantly had a feeling they would be involved, and sure enough, they were.

I unfortunately know one of the families named and when I saw Ursuline and 'hazing' I instantly had a feeling they would be involved, and sure enough, they were.

this simply wasn't hazing, it was physical and sexual assault and intimidation - i'm "ok" with hazing to a degree, hell i think it makes you stronger, but this was not even in the same category. I don't know anymore personally involved or at the school anymore, but i'm close enough to that area that my son has had interactions with Ursuline in the past.

i'm not smart enough to completely answer this, but my gut says lack of parenting; lack of value of life
