You guys have GOT to read this (Auburn and the FCA)

Great find. I hope I'm still alive when Auburn actually has a university again. Nothing against the academics, I know some fine Auburn research being conducted. But even they admit the scum that infiltrates and plagues the athletic department, and subsequently the rest of the university. Maybe they should let the university president be... the president of the university for a change.

Blasphemy?!

Not reading a bunch of shit about Baby Jesus, but blogger man has some lovely things to say about Ohio State in his other posts.

Edit:
Sometime it’s what a team does off the field that defines a program or institution. Ohio State, in their reckless pursuit to rid themselves from the SEC and BCS monkey as well as attempting to salvage what was a horrific performance by the Big-10 in this year’s bowl contests, ignored the honorable route and is allowing 5 players to participate in this year’s Sugar Bowl. OSU suspended the suspension for the Bowl Game even though they were found guilty of breaking NCAA regulations by selling personal memorabilia. Big-10 Commissioner Jim Delany, “missed an opportunity to stand up” and force OSU “to be accountable” and “endure consequences” even though he called the NCAA out for the exact same shortcomings when the reinstated Cam Newton on December 1st.

Then there’s Les Miles and LSU. Earlier today, the Bengal Tiger Football Team took time out to put a smile on a few less fortunate faces, visiting a children’s hospital in Dallas. The Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is a world leader in the treatment of pediatric orthopedic cases in children, treating conditions such as scoliosis, clubfoot, hand disorders, hip disorders and limb length differences, as well as certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. For what has been a common practice for Miles’ coached teams, this is yet another lesson for life Miles preaches to his team in preparation for life after Football.
Seriously?

Apologies for starting a thread here. I know it is dangerously close to over-stepping my bounds.

But you HAVE to read this. Regarding Auburn, Money and God.

Auburn didn't win the BCS trophy last night, they just rented it.

SmoovP,

Nice to see you are still hanging around. I saw your "wheels" parked outside the Buckeye Planet building.

The Blue Tuna Tiger guy must be from LSU.

Somehow he has more information than the casual fan.

That's a sweet ride.

I've gotten several messages to the effect of "that's a bit too conspiracy theory for me". For what it's worth, I agree to a point. Some of the stuff in that particular blog post is most likely conjecture and speculation.

But there are posts and message board thread and articles all over the place with similar stuff about Auburn - known to be one of the dirtiest programs in college football.

So I'll just say this. When there is this much horse shit lying around, there has to be at least a pony somewhere.

Or...Ubet is posting somewhere nearby... :paranoid:
