I'm shocked no one is talking about this.

A plane with 153 people crashes into the Indian Ocean and as of yet the only survivor plucked from the water is a FIVE YEAR OLD????

I'm actually having a hard time wrapping my mind around this.

It's another Airbus, albeit not very similar to the one that went down in the Atlantic a few weeks ago. Still, even though it's a very small sample size, the marketing department at Airbus is going to have its hands full.

Anyone here wanna fly on an "Airbus" tomorrow? Then again, what are the odds a third one will go down?

I'm with you, Scooter. Didn't they wait something like 89 hours before they sent rescue aircraft? That is what they reported on the news here.

Survivor Recounts 13 Hours in Ocean

PARIS — The 14-year-old girl who is the only known survivor of the crash of a Yemeni airliner Tuesday clung to wreckage in the Indian Ocean for more than 13 hours before her rescue, shivering in the darkness until she was able to weakly signal a search boat.

The girl, Baya Bakari, told her father, who then spoke to French Radio, that she had been ejected from the plane as it crashed, and found herself beside the plane in the water. There were other survivors in those first moments after the crash, but one by one, they apparently died.
