Xbox controller help, please!

Of course I did. Even if I did get a reciept I wouldn't have been able to return it because the store says all sales are final. :pissed:

You got it where?

I don't know of many places that don't let you return products. Unless it is software, DVDs, or video games.

Even if that is true, if the product is defective, you should be able to exchange it for a replacement. But since you forgot the reciept, your kinda screwed.

That warranty won't help you either since you don't have the reciept.

Thats the exact same one I posted a pic of, except the one I posted was silver.

That's what the manager said. I think I'm pretty much screwed. On the brightside, I bought it with a gift card that was a gift.

if you raise enough hell about it, I bet they'll give you store credit. Go in and bug them the next day and ask for that store manager... come back the day after that too.

I bought A cheap brand wireless xbox remote too, and also had the same problems, nothing would work, and that damn green light would just flash trying to find a signal. After I returned it to Meijer, the lady at the desk told me they get returns everyday on off-brand game controllers.

But yet they keep selling the junk, so just spend the extra 10 bucks and also get a RECEIPT.

The best wireless controller on the market is by far the Logitech wireless. They retail at about 39.99. It comes in 2 different types. One has no vibration, and the other has a button where you can turn it on or off to conserve batteries. I use the one without the vibration and 2 energizer AA batteries lasts me a good couple of weeks with a ton of game play on it. I found it on-line for about 30 bucks. I have this green one without vibration and a black one with vibration.

As for the controller in question, sorry but I've never heard of it.

No I'm talking about the ORIGINAL Xbox controller that came with the system when it first came out. The thing was huge.

I don't know how long afterward that Microsoft started shipping the system with the smaller controller.

I'm thinking of the xbox controller that came with my xbox. Maybe they changed it since it came out. I got mine a couple years after it came out. Anyways, the one I'm talkin about is small and light.

After so long(I'm not sure when), Microsoft started shipping the system with a smaller one. Which is this one. Most likely the one you have/had.
