Their pastrami is one of man’s rare perfect creations, but why they use mushy, thin rye bread as an inadequate platform for it is beyond me. I love a good Reuben, but at Katz’s I just go with plain pastrami and a Dr. Brown’s cream soda. If I really want to be hardcore, I pregame with a potato or kasha knish from Yonas Schimmel, which is right up the street from it.

The fact anyone would willingly share made up shit and go "Well I'm sure somebody, somewhere, just HAS to be doing this" is... pretty fucking weird.

And to answer your question - It's possible to reconcile that mental health in this country is in a bad way; while not entertaining the bullshit of AI slop made by some geek in India or Russia.
