Cornerback6

Optimism Lover
Found this little piece of sweet ignorance online after seeing a piece about it on the news last night. If you have two minutes, read the hate mail section and browse through some of the ridiculous comments made on the blogs. I think a board takeover would be priceless as this site is about as dumb as it gets. They also take a lot of pride in bashing our beloved Bucks.

Definitely worth checking out at least once for a giggle.

Eh, I don't agree with or approve of the OSU bashing, but everything else is pretty accurate. If the opportunity eventually arises, I plan on getting the hell out of this crappy state.

I said the same thing everyday until I moved to South Carolina myself. I think I took Ohio for granted to be honest. I miss Columbus in particular and once you leave, you realize that your roots aren't so bad afterall.

I'm in complete agreement. While I enjoy tremendously my annual pilgrimage in the fall to Columbus so I can catch a game and relive my drunken college years, the experience also serves to emphasize what a wise decision I made to leave that crappy state as soon as I graduated. Nothing could convince me to move back there, however I would rank South Carolina even worse on the Crappy States list.

Well said. I should have noted in my earlier post that S. Carolina isn't exactly on my wish list of places to move. I've had opportunities presented to me to relocate to our office there. After checking the area out I figured moving to our S. Carolina location wouldn't be enough of an improvement (and maybe even a step back) to justify moving right now.

This site is funny, can't understand why anyone would leave Ohio to go to S.C. though, we left Ohio to come to California, but that was because of jobs, fake boobs and the beach I guess.

That is also why many people come to SC...without as many fake boobs. Its tough to get a decent teaching position in OH or PA anymore...the south has plenty of opportunity for educators.

Tough...if you're a below average teacher... :roll1:

That's hard to judge straight out of college though eh? Also, the unions make it very difficult to get rid of a tenured teacher.

Also a very ironic statement coming froma doctor admittedly stuck in Pittsburgh.

Thanks for putting it on the tee :slappy:
