Maybe somebody looked at him funny in the mirror at the gym? I'll bet his wife didn't put the 45 lb plates back on the tree in the right spot. You know, some people just SNAP and fly off the handle when shit like that happens.

Highly unlikely, given that the wife's hands and feet were bound. Doesn't exactly sound like a domestic dispute gone bad.

Think about it... HOW WOULD ANYONE KNOW? Unless Benoit called this specific dude and said the words "Dave, I got in a domestic dispute with my wife; I accidentally killed her and then strangled my son so that he would not have to live a life without a mother...," then it's bs.
