I crystal balled Strange as soon as Ohio State offered. However I don’t think he’s a take now. If this weekend comes and goes without Erick All getting offered then I think they’ll take Strange at TE.

It's not a great TE class this year. Find the best you can and move on.

To me, it is interesting we are taking a TE at all after missing on the limited quality TE prospects on the radar. Whenever our '19 TE would come on board next, we will still have the following at the following years of eligibility: Berry (JR), Hausmann (SO), Farrell (SO), and Ruckert (RS FR/SO...likely sophomore, I don't see a RS). Considering our usage of TE's, I do not see much point of bringing on a TE in '19 if they are not a top prospect unless the staff does not like what they see at the position, which would be troubling...on paper, that should be a stellar group of TE's.
