and it was his second foot injury (although i think they were diffrent)NFBuck;713524; said:That's true, but foot problems in general can be chronic.
huh?rxdockkk;713600; said:The problem is that OSU was too dependent on 1 man. Why wasn't speedster A. Wells (or SOMEONE) ready to step in and emulate TG's speed?

He must have meant someone.NFBuck;713614; said:huh?
All good points. I was pretty much 100% sure he was gone prior to the game. Now with the injury possibly holding him back and hurting his stock, I'm about 50%. Like I say with all of the kids, Ted needs to do what he thinks is best for Ted.sandgk;713622; said:He must have meant someone.
On another tack
It will be interesting to see if Ginn does stay on for his last year. This is a careful balancing act, I'm sure.
He had, prior to the game, probably heard news of a certain 1st round draft pick. Then comes the injury. Now, if he elects to still leave his performance in the NFL combines may be hampered, that's life, but it is not fair. Even less fair, his draft stock may be diminished by those seeking to use an injury of any type to dilute his value.
The only other two factors that would cause him to stay would be his father wishing for his son to get that degree, and the likely benefits of Senior status, captaincy and the like.
Now, if he comes back, for the playing time, for the degree, or for the Senior experience, he accepts an added risk of injury. Plus, his main man is gone, can he depend on the incoming QB to provide him with the service he deserves? I think he can, no matter who was under center. But, he may view it differently.
I figure he is certainly still gone, but, you never know.

See the Browns since '99 as an example. Troy looked an awful lot like Charlie Frye out there running around for his life.zBuckeye10z;713685; said:Our line didnt just suck, they got dominated, on both sides of the ball. The O-line protects and w/o them....nothing works.
