Pittsburgh Steelers' Santonio Holmes makes the right choices

TAMPA -- She never knew then. She didn't realize that her little boy, just 10 years old, would leave school each day and head for the street corner to sell drugs.
But Patricia Brown still decided, simply because of the things she knew about the neighborhood, that it was time to move her son, current Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes, to another part of town.
''We've had our apartment broken into many of times because of family members selling drugs and guys were looking for them,'' Holmes said. ``We've had bullet holes in our door, in my mom's living room and in the kitchen.
``I found cocaine in my dump truck when I was a kid, which was the worst thing ever. My mom felt like we couldn't live like that anymore.''
