OHIO STATE WIDE RECEIVER MARVIN HARRISON JR. OFFICIALLY DECLARES FOR 2024 NFL DRAFT

Harrison’s official NFL draft declaration was always expected after Harrison opted out of the Cotton Bowl to preserve his health. He is widely projected to be a top-five overall pick and the first non-quarterback selected in the 2024 NFL draft.

In just three years at Ohio State, Harrison established himself as one of if not the best wide receiver in school history. He’s the only player in Ohio State history to top 1,000 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons, the program leader in career 100-yard games (15) and the first wide receiver in school history to earn unanimous All-American honors, becoming just the fifth player in Ohio State history to earn unanimous All-American honors twice.

Harrison became just the second Ohio State receiver ever to win the Biletnikoff Award, the third wide receiver ever to win the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year award and the first Ohio State wide receiver to be a Heisman Trophy finalist.

Harrison finishes his Ohio State career ranking sixth in school history in total receptions (155) and receiving yards (2,613) and third in school history in touchdown catches (31).

He is widely projected to be a top-five overall pick

Re: What are the salaries of the first round picks on the 2023 NFL Draft?
  • No. 1: $41.2 million.
  • No. 2: $39.4 million.
  • No. 3: $38.2 million.
  • No. 4: $36.9 million.
  • No. 5: $34.5 million.
Thanks for everything and good luck. You deserve a big payday and it will be even more in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Yeah there are certain players that you just continue to root for passionately in the pros.

CJ Stroud has me watching the Houston Texans, who I never cared about at all. There are a few teams, though, that make it difficult. I sure hope Marv doesn't end up on one of them.

Regardless, he was fun to watch at OSU but it's time for him to move on and get his draft day experience (and paid).
