Re: Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr. says he played nearly entirety 2022 season with right ankle injury

Yes it is.

I wonder if he hurt it on the insane Indiana catch last year

They will treat Marvin like any other player....look no further than him getting benched after concussion against UGA.

The one upside with Marvin, that maybe a JSN didn't have, is there's less fear of a lingering injury significantly reducing his earning potential. Marvin Sr. handled his finances well, and I think they view his college career as part of his overall legacy. I think JSN could've played the last 2-3 weeks of OSU's season but recognized you cannot risk that type of money.

I don't think the Harrison's have that fear. JMO.

Marvin Harrison Jr. won’t be limited this week despite the ankle injury he suffered against Notre Dame.

Asked during his Tuesday press conference if he expects Harrison to be full-go this week as the Buckeyes prepare to play Maryland on Saturday, Ryan Day said that Harrison would.
Harrison was injured on Ohio State’s first offensive play of the second half against Notre Dame when a defender fell into his ankle while Harrison was blocking for TreVeyon Henderson on a 61-yard touchdown run. The injury initially appeared to be significant, as Harrison had to be helped off the field by a pair of athletic trainers. But he ended up being able to return to the field for Ohio State’s next possession and played for the remainder of the game, catching a pass on his first play back in the game and also making a key catch on the Buckeyes’ game-winning drive.
During an interview session with Ohio State players last week, Harrison was seen on the field at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center catching passes from the Monarc machine and appeared to be moving normally despite having his ankle taped up.
