WR Joey Galloway (All B1G, All American, NFL All Rookie)

[BB73]

What was his?

Pretty sure he had Ohio State third, not sure about the rest.

Ahh - if I remember right he was big on his 'Clemson is the defending champs so they have to be high' or something along those lines, which is cool and all, and that got Jameis Winston very far.

Called an XFL game in LA last night, posted this at 7:00AM this morning from Columbus. Dude's 48 years old.

SKULL SESSION: JOEY GALLOWAY'S MASSIVE FIREWORKS DISPLAY, OHIO STATE'S ELITE-YET-SIMPLE DEFENSE, AND A POTENTIAL HOME-AND-HOME WITH MICHIGAN

A TRADITION LIKE NO OTHER. With many official fireworks displays canceled all across the country, I hope all of y'all had a neighbor like Joey Galloway, who had his usual military-quantities of colorful sky explosives.

Better yet, I hope you were the neighbor like Joey Galloway.

In any case, I hope you all had a fun, happy and safe Independence Day that involved only the correct amount of alcohol and fire.

Probably would have gone to the Hall of Fame if his career had better circumstances. Had that weird holdout that basically cost him a season, injury cost him another one and always played with dookie quarterbacks.

Dude benched 400 as a WR at OSU. One of the fastest, strongest pound for pound athletes we've ever had. Maybe anyone's ever had.

The term "freak" gets used way too much these days with the tech and advancements in sport but Joey was truly a freak from way back.

Didn’t he bench press close to 400 back then?

Might be the fastest ever at OSU, at least for 40 yards, although I'd take Ginn over anyone we've ever had for 100 yards.
