WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (2022 Rose Bowl MVP, Seattle Seahawks)

With TD receptions of 52 yards and 50 yards in the Rose Bowl, JSN became the first Buckeye to have two (or more) TDs of 50+ yards in the same game since Ezekiel Elliott had TD runs of 55, 65, and 75 yards vs Indiana in 2015. Braxton Miller also accomplished that feat in 2015 with a 53-yard TD run and a 54-yard TD reception vs Virginia Tech.

He almost had the 3rd. This was very close to a 50 yard TD reception too:

Even with the fumble, it still was the single greatest game for a WR in the history of Ohio State football; and it was in the Rose Bowl against a quality opponent.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba set a bowl record with a 15-catch, 347-yard, three-touchdown performance against Utah. He’s WR1 entering 2022 and, frankly, might be the best player in football. His suddenness and explosiveness in close quarters makes him a nightmare to defend. He, Marvin Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka will again give Ohio State the best wide receiver group in the country even as Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave exit.

Quite an endorsement from 24/7 contributer Chris Hummer...

Wide Receiver

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State (Rose): His 347 yards receiving were the most ever in any Football Bowl Subdivision-level bowl. Ohio State teammate Marvin Harrison Jr. also deserves credit for catching three touchdown passes as well.
