TE Gee Scott Jr. (Official Thread)

Unfortunate that cfbquotes' Twitter is involved, a known parody account that attributes fake quotes to players and coaches.

People have been trying to get that account banned for years.
I haven’t checked his Twitter, but he’s getting blasted on Instagram. People are telling him exactly what kind of lowlife he is for running a story that could have ruined a kid’s reputation because he had “a source.”

Training with Richard Sherman

Sherman – a five-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro – has established himself as one of the most dominant defensive backs in the NFL. Though he currently plays for the 49ers in San Francisco, Sherman also owns a home in Maple Valley, Washington, about 20 miles south of Scott's hometown of Sammamish, Washington, making this local meetup possible.

Scott, meanwhile, is entering his freshman season at Ohio State as the No. 10 receiver in the 2020 class and the No. 65 player overall. One of the team's four incoming freshman receivers, Scott is looking to crack the starting lineup in his first season after the Buckeyes lost three first-team receivers to graduation following the end of the season.

Social distancing has made it a little more difficult for players to practice and prepare for the upcoming season, but it's quite a bit easier when you can meet up with an NFL All-Pro.

Ohio State freshman wide receiver Gee Scott Jr. makes the long trek from Sammamish, WA to Columbus, OH on Friday, and his dad prepared a heartfelt message for his talented son. Scott, a four-star prospect, was the No. 10 WR in the country in the 2020 class, and should see pretty significant playing time in his first year on campus.
