WR DeVier Posey (2017 Grey Cup Champion and MVP)

I'll take your word for it, H&G. The media is almost all I've got. All the friends I have from Cincy are also from OSU, so it's hard to tell. Why would the media paint Cincy as anti OSU in your opinion?

options. There really aren't any other College choices in other parts of the state. Cincinnati and Xavier are solid basketball programs and UC is in, arguably, the best basketball conference in the country. Lexington, KY is closer to Cincinnati than Columbus and there are some die hard Kentucky fans in this area...college basketball is bin in this city...and that's where the preception that there are no OSU football fans in this city starts. In November, there is nothing as gigantic in Cleveland to root for like having UC and XU basketball in Cincy...unless you count the Cavs...

honestly, I don't know and I am actually to the point of giving up. I've tried to defend OSU's footprint in SWO, but to no avail...we are just going to have to live with the fact that every other part of Ohio thinks Cincinnati is part of Kentucky and doesn't matter as part of the fan base...

in 2003 I was at Camden Yards to watch the Red Sox and Orioles play...had on an OSU hoodie...went to the bathroom and I heard "O-H"...I replied in kind "I-O" and struck up a conversation with a couple of guys from NEO. They asked where I was from and I said Cincinnati...they said "oh....didn't realize that was part of Ohio...are you sure you're a Buckeye fan?"
How do you even begin to respond to that????

sorry to hijack the thread. Please break this off into another thread, please.

I look forward to seeing if Posey improves this season...he should have had sick numbers with the weak level of opponents LaSalle played this past season...and he didn't, in my opinion.

Sucks he couldn't make the announcement on his own terms but that is the world we live in...

His film and Michael Floyd's are very similar, in my opinion. Floyd is getting a lot of national attention, but I think Posey is every bit the player Floyd is. Scott is another great looking WR, but a different type of WR than Posey or Floyd.
