WR DeVier Posey (2017 Grey Cup Champion and MVP)

Scout $

4/3

Film.

My take: Good body control. Obvious that he has plenty of speed. Reminds me a lot of Brian Robiskie, both in style and build, although I would give the height advantage to Robiskie and the speed advantage to Devier. Shows decent movement in and out of his breaks and the ability to turn the corner with speed. Great offer and great get for OSU.

I am still sticking to my Brian Hartline comparison, but I believe that we are both on the same page about what Devier brings to the table...

His route running is pretty polished for a high schooler, and his ability to get up field after the catch is what I really like...He also has that lean when he runs when he gets in the open field reminiscent of Teddy...

I noticed the running style (not speed) similar to Teddy. I'll give you the Hartline comparison, although considering both are listed at somewhere near 6-3 195 I like my Robiskie comparison.

Yeah I just think that he has the body control and then speed after the catch of Hartline, I also think that Hartline is probably up around 6'3'' 195, so I like my comparison...

Took photos for scout.com at the cincy combine today.

DeVier is a great kid. Very friendly, upbeat personality, but humble as well. He toyed with every DB he faced today... great release from the line, extremely fluid in his cuts, OSU is getting a fine WR.
