WR Dane Sanzenbacher (Official Thread)

Dane Sanzenbacher, wide receiver, Ohio State, while he didn?t have a flashy day, he did come to play and should still be drafted in a good position.

"Sanzenbacher made the right choice coming to Mobile after getting a late invitation. He?s not going to be an early draft pick yet will be a very productive NFLer that?s drafted in the later rounds then hangs around the league for a long time."
Now we wait.

Do you think Steve Largent could be as succesful in today's NFL?
I think in the right offense proper route running and cuts and good hands trumps just pure speed. A good possession receiver is a good possession receiver. Now, whether a roster can support a non-burner PR under the terms and roster rules of today, I am not that much up on the NFL business part.

Dane Sanzenbacher, WR, Ohio State. Every time I watch Sanzenbacher play I say, "He's destined to play with Peyton Manning." Much like Pierre Garcon, Austin Collie and Blair White, Sanzenbacher is an excellent route runner who gets in and out of breaks before the defender. He had five catches for 62 yards Saturday. He caught 17 TDs for the Buckeyes the past two seasons, and despite being undersized he'll be a solid possession receiver in the NFL. PPR leaguers, take note, especially if Sanzenbacher ends up in a pass-happy offense.
