Would you take Lawrence Wilson?

Would you still take Lawrence Wilson?

I think we see a commit from Mr. Wilson in the next few days. He seemed to take it personally when Willingham was canned, and that probably soured him on ND. He has a brother here, so I think we are sitting pretty.................

IMO he waits.. and will like the new coach... and sticks with ND
I don't think he chose ND because of the coach...
He chose it because of the school...

Agree. One article I saw said the school told him to basically withdraw his verbal. It looks like they want the new coach to consider the recruits as much as the recruits consider the coach. I expect him to stick with ND.

L Wilson

Hell yes, Nutty. Do chickens have lips? This kid has a great upside at positions of need on both sides of the ball. And apparently we were in it with the domers until the end. For me this is a no-brainer.

Needless to say, I voted for the first option, but I got to admit the prospect of flushing NotreDameChief was almost too good to pass up.

He may commit quick to get it out of his mind...but let's hope wants to quickly commit here. I don't get how Michigan could get into this becuase it's so late plus there are rumors of Carr being canned. We are really the only 100% safe coaching situation hes looking at right now so if hes looking for stability, we def offer it

When I first heard the news that Willingham was fired I was talking to two friends of mine. Immediately I thought about Wilson possibly opening up his recruitment. I'm in the group that still doesn't think he comes here but I'd take him if he wants to be a Buckeye. One of my friends wanted him, no questions asked. The other didn't like the idea of being his second choice. I just thought it was an interesting question. Whether it's a worthy question or not is open to debate. It's clear whether or not NotreDameChief should go or not isn't.
