It ain't easy, bein' cheesy.
Tough call. As others have said, if $100K is a huge increase in salary you'd be stupid not to take it. But, there are plenty of other $100K jobs out there- it would be easier to find another one and avoid the cesspool altogether.
It would be fun to take the job and then be a big, huge, Scarlet & Gray pain in everyone's ass, though....

At 100K I know you're not talking about a teaching post... I'd certainly teach there compared to what NKU is paying me for two courses. So I'd have to be an administrator to make that kind of money. That holds little appeal to me. Think of all the maize and blue ass you'd have to kiss to keep on making six figures. No prize there.

I have a friend who is a die-hard Buckeye fan and he works at MSU. He gets a great kick out of rubbing their noses in it.
The University of Michigan is respected worldwide as one of America's top 5 public universities. They have a lot of good programs there and if they offer you a job, and you want it, take it.
Who you support on Saturday is a different thing to your professional development or how you support yourself and your family.
That said, make sure you don't let us down if you go there. Put your Buckeye stuff up on the walls and rub their bloody noses in it!
