god i still remember his frosh year...




scholarships are "renewed" yearly, ask some of the sec coaches they snip kids all the time.

I didnt watch that game with him....first weekend in college. actually.....i think he was at that game. Was that in the meadowlands?

as a former scholarship athlete who didn't pan out due to injuries. i don't think my scholarship should have been taken away just because I kept tearing ligaments or breaking bones.
I'm sure my coaches would have liked to have used my scholarship on someone who was healthy enough to play more than half a season in 4 years

as far as comparing athletic and academic scholarships. It can probably be summed up by the words of James Cahn in the program.

"when was the last time 80,000 people showed up to watch a kid do his science experiment"
