For those fucks out there that buy SUVs thinking they're indestructibe tanks and drive like they are, this video should be a mandatory viewing. That said, I hope there were no kids in that SUV, because there's no way anyone survived that...the SUV totally disintegrated.

Was driving back to Ahia 2 years ago. Got caught in one of those horrendous September rain storms in Indiana. The kind were it makes sense to pull completely off I-70. Well there was this guy in an older Ford Taurus station wagon that went flying buy at 70-80 mph. Ten minutes later the deluge stopped and we and many others got back on the interstate. Up ahead we saw lots of troopers and 2 EMS stopped. The troopers waved us slowly buy. There was this jackknifed semi and looking just off the road we saw a smoldering engine. Nothing around it. No station wagon. Just a smoldering engine. It was all that was left of the Ford wagon.
That one will stay with me forever.

Sounds like the roads are safer after that accident, so I guess there's that.

Then how do you know it was the Taurus?

I just watched it a few times right at the point of when the 18wheeler hits the SUV.

It looks like the glass on the SUV vaporizes in mid air. Unbelievable.

Here's a few stills. I'm convinced after watching it slow mo this is the driver (The only good thing the driver had going for them after flying through the air is the snow to help cushion the impact some, but probably not enough, and it was probably too late anyways):
