OK, so now we've had a chance to see each team 3 times, and the bracket has been established, so we know the possible matchups.

So which team wins the World Cup now?

Don't you have to wait until there is a winner to settle?

The default for the settlement date is the same say that the vBet closes. I didn't change that to be at the end of the tournament, so that message starts showing 1 week after the vBet closed, but it's no problem. There are a handful of vBets that have that message.
