How many Americans? There are people selling American flags prominently at most traffic lights. The Stars and Stripes is everywhere!

All the talk about Onyewu not playing a full game since his injury is silly to me. We're the underdog - we have a lot less to lose than England, who is expected to compete for the title. Onyewu has busted his ass to get back in time to play in this game. If he's past the fitness tests, then you play him. Period.

You don't leave any bullets in your gun when you confront the bully on the block. If he beats your ass, he will have taken everything you have for him. Shake his hand. No regrets.

Let's pull another shocker in the RSA...just like Spain.

At least the other British guy with Lalas and Fowler is trying to be unbiased.

I get your anger, but to be honest, being "unbiased" means being on England's jock. They are the real deal. Whether that correlates to them beating the US is another story, but they are a good team, better than the US. It will take a great effort from the US to get a point and a herculean (Gomez!) effort to get three points.

haha woops. I made myself look stupid. Oh well...I guess I'm the idiot.

But yea the English are supposed to be the real deal. But we've heard this before and they have choked. They are much more talented, obviously, and should win this game. However, the US has attitude and confidence to pull anything off.

I don't see any wins over Spain for England....
