I expect the same tonight. trying to regulate my caffine intake and had two clementines for a Vitamin-C jolt. seems to have helped but eye lids getting heavy again.

Need some more advice:
I'm working till 3am on Friday night but I have Volunteer work in Cincinnati tomorrow from 9am till noon.
Should I take, what would equate to a 3 hour nap then get ready to go or take in a bunch of caffeine and crash when I get home...
I also have a poker game that night at 9pm, think I might be an easy target by the end of the night.
