Women's Volleyball Main, Stevens and Meyer Selected to the 2006 Preseason All-Big Ten Team

The Ohio State women's volleyball team had three players named to the 12-player 2006 Preseason All-Big Ten Volleyball Team, announced today by the conference office. Setter Marisa Main and outside hitter Ami Stevens earned their second-straight preseason selection with middle blocker Danielle Meyer earning her first selection. Ohio State, Penn State and Minnesota each placed three players on the team. The Buckeyes, by a vote of the Big Ten conference coaches, was tabbed to finish fourth in the league. Three-time defending Big Ten champion Penn State was picked to finish first with Wisconsin second and Minnesota third.
