No offense, but if you are even considering doing it again I would argue you aren't thinking once, let alone twice.
So, if I'm pumping gas at a Shell station and another customer comes up and lights a match next to the gas tank hole and catches me on fire, I can sue Shell?

Well, I lit my finger on fire for a second or two, but no serious burns, and then almost puked...But I think I have a good case agaisnt Bacardi, since that stupid whore didn't come home with me...That is some serious mental anguish and shit...
I want to sue for the price of the shot that almost made me puke (2 or 3 dollars) and then 1.3 million dollars for not getting laid since my puke face turned her off...I didn't see a warning label stating that "Chicks will no fuck you if you puke or alomost puke"...That's bullshit...
