Woman hides 47 balloons inside her body

DELAWARE, Ohio --
A woman is charged after authorities said she had hidden 47 balloons of heroin hidden inside her body.

The deputy followed the woman as the vehicle traveled northbound.


The deputy conducted a traffic stop after noting overly cautious

driving patterns of the vehicle.


"Once the driver was removed from the vehicle, he immediately told

the deputy that the was a confidential informant for Huron County

and that the passenger had 47 balloons of heroin hidden inside her

person," said Sheriff Walter Davis III. "The deputy then asked the

passenger if she was concealing drugs and she admitted that she did

in fact have heroin inside her body and would retrieve it for the deputy."
