I've heard tale of grocery shopping during OSU games in Ohio being a desolate experience. It is so funny being in Boise on a Saturday where people are biking, hiking, farmer's marketing...these people don't understand what real football is. I dated a girl that was a "Boise State fan" that wanted to hit a farmer's market in the middle of their own game. It was comical telling her that the BSU game would be on and her not knowing the season started. I also told her that a farmer's market during an OSU game would look like a scene from the apocalypse, because almost nobody would be there. It just ain't the same out here.
