Think of the .torrent file as the key necessary to actually download the video file itself -- it is in no way a playable or functional format for viewing. You're going to need something like uTorrent or another torrent client to receive the video from everyone seeding it. And no, there's little chance you'd be able to do that from work. There are walkthroughs around here somewhere for those new to the process.

Unless Opera has a built in torrent client, what you're getting is the .torrent file we host here on BP, and not the video file itself. You can't download games from the site, we don't host them. Users host and serve (seed) the files themselves, and the .torrent files you get here are just a means of communicating (effectively) between the clients. You need to download the .torrent file from this thread, and then open that file with a torrent client of some sort (I use uTorrent, but there are many others).

I'm sure there are much more technically proficient people about who can better explain it. In the meantime, here's a beginner's guide for uTorrent: http://www.utorrent.com/help/guides/beginners-guide

When i download it from this forum i get an error when trying to open it up. And I am not on the downloaded list. So I am not sure what i am doing. As far as that link, can't open it gets blocked because it is a p2p sharing web page.

Again, what you're downloading from this thread is not a video file. It's a file that allows you to download the video file using a torrent client. I'm not being snarky when I say I don't know how to be more clear about that. We do not host game videos on the site. Without the proper software to handle a .torrent file, your computer is not going to know what to do with it (hence the error message).

You're really just going to have to do this from home where you're not blocked. Without the ability to get and use a client like uTorrent, you have no options at present. If it's important to be able to watch the game at your work setting, you would likely need to download at home, move the file to a USB key, and upload it at the other location -- but now we're well outside the scope of your core issue.

So something you used did indeed start to move the actual video file (edit: it seems Opera does indeed have a built-in torrent client). So if you let that continue to download, you should be able to get the file at work after all. Anyway, I see you're in the capable hands of Best. Hope it all works out for you.

Not sure I was any help at all, actually, but I'm very glad the file is moving for you. Expect it to take quite a while because everyone is downloading it. As more people complete the download and continue to seed, the faster your own download will get.

Thanks for having this. I did get it to downloaded and watched the 4 qtr. Wow what a game. Even though I know the ending it was still fun to watch. Is there non-game torrents on here any where? Is there other forums that anyone knows about that has torrents like this?

Anyways, awesome I love it.
