Will secondary market have more options later, or is this as good as it will get?

Looking to come up from Florida to bring my wife to her first Buckeye game. Targeting Penn State on the Oct 17th.

Sounds like all season tickets haven't gone out yet. Will there be more options if I wait a while -or- is currently supply the best its going to get? Not a ton of great options right now.
 
I wouldn't buy them now. Tickets on stub hub are always cheaper the closer you get to games, and there are always plenty of options on where to sit. I am flying in for the Hawaii game and am going to buy tickets literally the day before the game.

Prices will come down... wait until 1-2 weeks before the first home game. You'll be able to get a seat in the shoe for face by that time (not good seats though). Either way, this is usually the peak price season. Everybody is scrambling to get their tickets. Once the wave dies down, the sellers will begin to lower their "I wish" prices and come down to something reasonable
