Will-Call Question

My wife just bought tickets for the Minnisota game by calling the office; and was told they could be picked up at the will call widow at 11:00am.

Isn't the will-call window open earlier than 11:00am? It seems more likely to me that the tickets will need to be picked up before 11:00am...

They probably meant that the tickets can be picked up BEFORE 11am on game day. I picked up my will-call tickets the day before the game I went to.

Usually the will call window opens about 4 hours prior to game time, just about the same time the day of ticket window opens. If you get to the Schott ticket office around 8 to 9 there are employees around to help you find your way. Just be aware that ticket scalpers gather around there and will tell you all kind of stories.
