Actually, this raises an even more interesting question....between Homer and Peter, who would win in a drinking contest?

I've seen both characters put away their adult beverages, but I would have to give the nod to Peter. I always envisioned Duff beer being a typical, watered-down, American beer; whereas, Pawtucket Ale would be a heavier, dark wheat malt. Peter, therefore, is used to heavier and more potent drinking than Homer.

I don't know about that. Homer has shown an uncanny ability to sober up in a matter of minutes. (the time Marge got her DUI, he was too drunk too drive, but as soon as he wrecked the car, he was lucid enough to move her into the driver's seat; all while hanging upsidedown!) If he got smashed, he could just wait a minute or two and then sober up and get back to pounding the beers.

You think Beavis beats Butt-Head? You're NUTS!!! Sure, there was that one episode where Butt-Head pounded Beavis with the baseball bat with the boxing glove at the end, and Beavis flipped out and picked Butt-Head up over his head and slammed him down. (They were training to mud-wrestle.) But Butt-Head always slaps Beavis around. Beavis is a little wimp. And in the movie, when they thought the were going to "do" Demi Moore, Butt-Head was slamming Beavis against the wall over and over and over when she stopped the fight. (And even after she stopped it.)

And I think Homer could out-drink Peter, but it would be close. I think Homer, drinking the cheap beer, would basically piss it all right out as quickly as he drinks it. But Peter, drinking his fancy beer, it hits him harder. Homer takes a piss and he's sober again. And Peter, well, how many did he drink before he got on stage at the comedy club and put his beer in his pocket upside down? I think Homer could drink that many pretty easily, and still tell Bart how a woman is like a beer...

Yeah, I saw that too, but it seemed like the lack of death was also giving him the lack of drunk-ness. He's been plenty ripped many times!

I think I'd give the nod in the drinking contest to Homer. He stops at Moe's on the way to work, he has 3 or 4 "lunch beers", he drinks beer as soon as he gets home, and then he hides beer in the toilet tank to drink while he's getting ready for bed! He's a machine that we all should look up to and admire!

Going back to the original question, I think America needs to know if Peter or Homer could take on Pee Wee Herman or Pinky Lee. In a three way tag team Texas Death Cage match who could take Pee Wee, Pinky and Sir Robin?

How about Homer vs. Spongebob in a boxing match? Would either win? They each can survive a pounding really good (Homer survived a lot of boxing matches, and Spongebob survived a pounding by Flats, the flounder). And Spongebob is, of course, a sponge.

I still think Homer wins.

Is there any dispute that Lois Griffin could kick Marge's ass?

How about Meg Griffin vs. Lisa Simpson?
Or Santa's Little Helper vs. Brian? (Does Brian have a last name?)
Or Maggie vs. Stewie?

Lois wins hands down, unless it was during the time when Marge started lifting weights and taking steroids. Then again, this could be nullified by the super strength Lois received when hit with the toxic waste.

I don't think I saw the episode when Lois was hit with the toxic waste. And I was talking about "normal" Lois vs. "normal" Marge. Pumped-up Marge isn't "normal." But Lois was pretty awesome at Tai-Kwon-Ji-Tsu, or whatever she did. Maybe that wasn't "normal" Lois, but she picked it up pretty easily. She could beat up Marge.
