on the recruiting board at BN last fall... i think he was referring the 'fact' that Ohio State was going to face Florida in the Citrus- er, Capital One Bowl, and that it was so sure that they were already painting the endzones... in any case, the term has become somewhat synonymous to Buckeye Fans on the 'Net of a hardcore lock...
