I think we win 7-6. The way it breaks down is: Texas scores a TD, but we block the XP try and return it for two points, to go with a FG and a safety.
The thought of PennState1985 trying to wrap his head around a 7-6 game, where the team with 7 points did not score a TD, but the team with 6 points did, would just be too awesome for words. Hell, his head might even explode.
