KIRKERSVILLE — Two Newark brothers were arrested early this morning, accused of trafficking more than 20 pounds psilocybin mushrooms.
Richard J. Bair, 32, of 917 E. Main St., and Nicholas A. Bair, 27, of 917 E. Main St., were each charged with one count of aggravated trafficking of drugs, a first-degree felony.

</TD><TD width=10></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>The two were pulled over on I-70 near exit 158 at Kirkersville around 12:30 a.m. by Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force officers.
Due to the amount of the schedule-one drug — the most dangerous classification — involved, each could face a 10-year mandatory sentence if convicted.
Also because of the large amount of the drug, their charges would classify them as major drug offenders if they are convicted, which could add more prison time.
Both appeared in Licking County Municipal Court Tuesday for a bond hearing.
The judge set a bond of $300,000 for each.
