I knew carter would be right up there and no denying it.He was one of the best but i had to throw in a vote for good ole Mike Lanese. He sure was intense and yet had a great pair of hands and made some unbelievable catches in his day.

includes a factor of difficulty separating NFL performance from collegiate performance... wonder how many members actually experienced watching most of these candidates live.. vs just hearing their reputations

Though he may not qualify as the best, I must give my favorite all-time Buckeye receiver some props....Bobby Olive was the man. From walk-on to star wideout, the guy played with poise dignity and honor. He was a true buckeye.

As for best, I'd have to go with Boston. He had an amazing college career. As a person, i dont have much respect for the guy, but as a Buckeye, he was amazing. He also had a great college QB getting him the ball.

Obviously, Carter was the most "special" receiver we've had. He just didnt have the time as a Buckeye.
