I've never done this personally but have had a few buddies try it and it didn't work out in thier favor. One of them fell down face first (they were plastered) into a pile of cow shit.

i went with a group of guys, that were all nearly 300 lbs, it took some effort but we got a few on the gound, as thump pointed out before most cows will run, but not all of them.
