As always it's probably half way between things. Yes Toledos QB is good but is he better than everyone left on our schedule? I doubt it.

Offense did its part today but Hetuck is partially right too in that the defense did not play that well today. Over 100 yards rushing to a MAC school isn't a great thing considering we were up heavily and of course the big play abilities.

Expecting a shut out is too much but imo >17 points is probably about right. So it's about 1 long play or 1 score too much.

Which if we tackle the QB once or learn to break up a 50/50 pass that happens.

Running is the last thing I'd take from that game. They did nothing running wise outside the QB till late in the 2nd half.

There is a portion of our fanbase that is absolutely, perpetually miserable. Unless every win is 56-0, there is something to bitch about. Without fail. It's exhausting.

Nevermind that this is the same defense that was a total calamity for much of the past two seasons and has improved exponentially across the board. If they ain't pitching shutouts and giving up 0.0 big plays, it needs to be harped on ad nauseam. Mind you, I'm not just talking about Hetuck...it's epidemic across social media from our spoiled ass fanbase.

It's no wonder we're largely considered the worst fanbase in CFB...fuck, I hate us.
