FSU's too high, Miami's too high, Wake's too low.

Florida State doesn't have a single upperclassman on the offensive line. Thanks to academic scandal, injury, and other all-around asshattery, they've managed to lose every single junior and senior on that line. They've had guys get kicked out, clearing the way for a new projected starter only to lose him too. They've got some talent elsewhere, and one really really good sophomore lineman, but they're not winning the ACC with a patchwork line like that.

And Miami just doesn't have the talent. They've got some pretty-OK players spread out around the field and not many depth issues, but when the preseason all-ACC team was named, there wasn't a single Miami player on it.

Clemson is a flawed team but part of the reason they're so heavily favored to win the ACC is because everyone else is far worse.

Tommy's ability to lose games he shouldn't is the only reason this race has any drama at all. The rest of the league is a train wreck (when the train is loaded with cattle, manure and gunpowder).
That and their O-line. It's not in as bad shape as FSU's, but it's three new starters and two guys who switched positions with each other last year. If it holds, they win. If not, they lose unless every other team in the division racks up at least three losses. (Distinct possibility.) And then they have to hope it's good for the title game.
