I say no, but hey, congrats Rockies on thier first playoff berth since 1995.


That being said, Phillies over D backs in the NLCS. Phillies have an AL offense with an average pitching staff that seems to come through in the clutch. Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley, and Ryan Howard are the real deal.

Credit where it's due - the Rockies are the hottest team in baseball right now. Hopefully they can ride this wave past the Phillies and take on the D-backs to win the pennant!

Regarding the home plate call last night, it looked like he jammed his hand under the catcher's cleat, but may have missed the plate. The home plate ump was right there to make the call though, so you gotta defer to his eyes. :p

Bah. I've been getting a Tuesday night home game ticket package for the past 5 years or so. There just hasn't been much to get excited about at Coors Field in a long while. :p
