Where is the Defense

Out of the 16 bowl games played there have only been 3 games where a team hasnt scored 30 pts.

There have been 6 where both teams scored 30 pts, and maybe 7 if Mizzou and SC both score again.

Also out of the 3 games taht didnt have teams score 30, BC was really close when they scored 27.

The only defensive games were Okie 17 - Oregon 14 and Clemson 19 - Colorado 10.

This begs the question what is going on with the defenses in these games, they have 3 or more weeks to prepare and they can't come up with anything.

There have also been major collapses where teams have been up by 3 tds or more and have let the other team come back and win the game.

You can make a case for those two defensive games being due to inept offenses... colorado/oregon aren't that great on D.

Should be interesting to see a super offense (TxTech) go up against a super defense (Bama)

We should have a good defensive struggle in the Peach Bowl. It might the only defensive struggle left on the schedule.

Well I guess that makes 3 out of 17 games where both teams have been under 30.

LSU played good defense, but Cryami just sucked it up.
